Job summary

Shell is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Turnaround Coordinator to support brownfield projects and turnaround activities across the asset portfolio in the United Kingdom. The role ensures delivery aligns with scope, schedule and budget while integrating with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

You will lead risk, safety, and stakeholder engagement efforts, driving continuous improvement and effective coordination of project documentation and handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery, maintenance execution, engineering, or turnaround management within oil and gas, petrochemical, or energy industries.
• Knowledge of brownfield modifications and offshore operations is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to safe and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe working practices throughout project and TAR activities.
• Support risk identification, hazard management, and mitigation measures.
