Job summary

Shell Southern North Sea is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Turnaround Coordinator to drive planning and delivery of offshore and onshore brownfield projects and TAR activities across the asset portfolio.

You will coordinate project and TAR activities with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain and contractor teams to ensure safe, timely and within-budget execution, aligned to approved scope. Emphasis on Goal Zero and asset integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery, maintenance execution, engineering, or turnaround management within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or energy industry.
• Familiarity with brownfield modifications and offshore operations is desirable.
• Knowledge of: project planning and scheduling; turnaround preparation and execution; risk management processes.
• Contractor coordination and ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to safe and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of brownfield projects and turnaround scopes.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure delivery against scope, schedule and budget.
• Assist with readiness reviews and operational handover activities.
• Monitor progress and escalate emerging risks or schedule impacts.
• Support commissioning, start-up, handover, and close-out activities.
• Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet company requirements.
