Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Material Administrator to support subsea material mobilisation on a major offshore development. The role focuses on SAP material management, inventory control, equipment tracking and logistics coordination to ensure materials are available when required.

Based in Aberdeen, the contract runs until December 2027 and requires PAYE/RTW. You will manage inventory, material movements, master data, and data quality in SAP, coordinate with suppliers and project teams, and

Qualifications

Extensive experience with SAP material management and logistics processes.
Experience with inventory management, material movements, equipment tracking, and master data.
Understanding of subsea equipment and offshore operational environments.
Experience working within large-scale projects or operational organisations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory, reservations, material movements, and equipment tracking activities.
Maintain accurate SAP data and ensure high standards of data quality.
Support material availability and operational readiness requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, workshops, and project teams.
Monitor material status and identify potential supply chain issues.
Support reporting and performance tracking activities.
Assist with SAP transition and stabilisation activities.
Escalate risks relating to materials, inventory, logistics, and data integrity.
