Job summary

NES Group Ltd in Aberdeen is seeking a Mobilisation Project Lead to coordinate the mobilisation of subsea equipment, tooling and materials for a major offshore development. You will ensure operational readiness and the safe, efficient delivery of offshore activities.

The role requires 5–10+ years in subsea projects, strong SAP and data reporting skills (Power BI/Excel), and excellent stakeholder management and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate mobilisation activities for subsea equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ensure equipment readiness, maintenance status, certification compliance, and availability.
• Coordinate activities between project teams, suppliers, logistics providers, workshops, and operational personnel.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively manage mobilisation risks.
• Support supplier performance and delivery management.
• Provide regular reporting and escalation of critical issues.
• Support SAP transition and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and operational standards.

Our client is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Project Lead to support a major offshore development project. This role will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of subsea equipment, tooling, and materials, ensuring operational readiness and the safe, efficient delivery of offshore activities.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years' experience within subsea projects, offshore operations, mobilisation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proven track record delivering complex mobilisation projects.
• Strong understanding of subsea equipment, tooling, maintenance, and logistics processes.
• Experience using SAP and material management systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Desirable

• Experience supporting drilling, wells, subsea, or offshore operations.
• Previous experience working with major operators.
• SAP transition project experience.
• Power BI and Excel reporting experience.
