Job summary

White Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to lead multi-discipline HVAC, ventilation and mechanical building services projects in offshore and energy sectors. You will manage concept through delivery, coordinate engineering and delivery, and ensure technical excellence.

Key responsibilities include producing detailed AutoCAD designs, maintaining BOMs, peer-reviewing work, and liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams, with UK travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-disciplinary engineering project roles within HVAC, ventilation, or offshore energy sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of air handling systems (AHUs, FCUs, ductwork), chillers, VRF/VRV, and building services controls (BMS, LEV)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and modern engineering design tools
• Experience producing and managing technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and BOMs
• Knowledge of offshore or industrial standards, compliance, and certification processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Own engineering projects from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate all technical and delivery aspects of projects.
• Produce detailed designs using AutoCAD.
• Develop project documentation and BOMs.
• Peer-review engineering work and support tender documentation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Deliver HVAC, ventilation, smoke control, and mechanical building services offshore and in energy environments.
