Job summary

Oyster Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own and coordinate multi-site HVAC and Process Cooling projects. You will drive projects from handover to completion, uniting customers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to keep everything on track and within budget.

The role is primarily office based but requires travel to sites across the South of the UK for customer meetings, project updates and to oversee works as they take place.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in engineering, manufacturing, HVAC or Process Cooling.
• Budget management and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• UK driving licence; willingness to travel across the UK and internationally.
• CAD experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from handover through to completion.
• Coordinate engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, costs, resources and timescales.
• Arrange equipment and subcontractor procurement.
• Oversee installation and commissioning.
• Keep customers updated throughout.
• Resolve issues and keep delivery on track.
• Manage site teams and health and safety requirements.
• Work closely with sales and engineering teams.
