Job summary

Royal IHC Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Project Management team, delivering complex engineering projects across offshore, marine, oil & gas, renewable energy and defence sectors.

You will manage technical work packages from concept through realization, coordinate documentation, support risk and cost control, and liaise with production, QA and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery. This role also deputises for the Project Manager during absences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex EPC projects in offshore/m marine/oil & gas/renewables/defence sectors.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as APM or PRINCE2.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects per contractual obligations, specs, and safety requirements.
• Manage technical work packages from concept to realization.
• Coordinate technical documentation and export compliance.
• Drive constructability and readiness reviews.
• Plan and expedite technical packages and gate reviews.
• Oversee major subcontracts and supplier interface.
• Support risk management and cost control processes.
• Liaise with QA to meet ITP requirements.
