Job summary

Dron & Dickson is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of electrical maintenance, inspection and offshore project activities. You will link clients, offshore teams and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

This role emphasizes project planning, cost control and people management, with a collaborative approach across clients and teams, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in industrial, electrical, energy or offshore environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with experience monitoring budgets and costs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects, coordinating with offshore and onshore teams.
• Monitor progress, KPI reporting, and client communications.
• Manage timesheets, invoicing approvals and contract financials.
• Ensure HSEQ documentation compliance and competency records.
• Provide technical project support and guidance to project teams.
