Job summary

North Star is seeking a proactive Crewing Coordinator to ensure our offshore fleet is safely crewed, compliant and operationally ready. You will coordinate crew planning, workforce planning, seafarer management and personnel logistics across an assigned fleet, supporting recruitment, onboarding and payroll administration.
