Job summary

EnerMech seeks a Crane Operator Mechanic for a permanent role based on a fixed North Sea platform. The technician will perform first line maintenance up to 6 monthly routines, ensuring crane integrity per client standards, and will supervise work scopes as directed by onshore engineers.

Role requires Stage III Offshore Crane Operator Certificate, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, offshore experience, and valid offshore certificates.

Qualifications

• Stage III Offshore Crane Operator Certificate required and Stage III assessments.
• recognised apprenticeship or maintenance/mechanical qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3).
• Previous offshore experience and valid offshore certificates are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical work scopes as directed by onshore engineering.
• Record crane availability in line with client performance standards.
• Complete daily log, trip assessment reports and crane log books.
• Update crane data into client maintenance management system.
• Operate crane for installation and vessel lifts within crane design and in accordance with lift plans and risk assessments.
