Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for an Offshore Agent based in Bristol on a 12-month contract. You will manage engineers, client representatives and supply chain partners to deliver offshore construction works.

The role requires offshore experience, CSCS, STCW-95, and a willingness to work unsociable hours. ICE/IHT chartership is desirable but not essential. You will ensure safety, quality, and programme delivery across projects.

Competenze

• Experience managing offshore or marine construction works and teams.
• CSCS card and a current driving licence.
• SSSTS or SMSTS (site supervisor safety training).
• STCW-95 or equivalent (basic sea safety training).
• Able to write programmes, budgets and handover paperwork.
• Willing to work unsociable hours offshore.
• ICE, IHT or similar chartership is desirable, not essential.

Mansioni

• People: managing Section Engineers, Site Engineers, Offshore Client Representatives and supply chain partners.
• Safety: approving method statements and risk assessments, investigating incidents and auditing vessels and sites.
• Technical: coaching the team, approving supplier solutions and solving construction problems.
• Quality: owning the handover documentation (completion files, inspection test plans, non-conformances).
• Programme: building the resourced programme and tracking productivity against it.
• Commercial: owning the section budget, managing subcontractors and producing records so the company can recover costs.
