Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for an Offshore Agent on a 12-month contract based in Bristol. The role leads Section Engineers, Site Engineers and offshore client representatives, coordinating supply chain partners to deliver offshore construction works.

You will manage safety, quality and commercial elements, including method statements, risk assessments, handover documentation and budgeting, while working offshore through unsociable hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing offshore or marine construction works and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Section Engineers, Site Engineers, Offshore Client Representatives and supply chain partners.
• Approve method statements and risk assessments; investigate incidents; audit vessels and sites.
• Coach the team; approve supplier solutions; solve construction problems.
• Own handover documentation: completion files, ITPs, non-conformances.
• Build the resourced programme and track productivity against it.
• Own the section budget; manage subcontractors; produce records for cost recovery.
