Pole Star Products is a small company working in the air-conditioning, refrigeration and commercial heating spares market. We supply electric motors and fans to both manufacturers for new equipment and engineers for replacement parts. The company began in 2002 and has grown quickly, we are located on Bardney Airfield just outside Lincoln.

We are currently seeking someone to join our small but very busy team in an office administrative role.

Permanent - Full Time

To be based at our premises in Bardney, Lincoln.

Hours of Work - 9.00am- 5.30pm(Monday to Friday)

Salary - £14.35 per hour(13 week trial period at £13.35 per hour)

The successful applicant will possess various skills and qualifications that typically include -

  • An excellent telephone manner with first-class customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, with a high level of word processing and spreadsheet skills.
  • Well organised and able to manage a demanding workload.
  • Self motivated working with a small, quiet team, with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work within a fast paced website environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (due to location).

Key Responsibilities include -

  • Sales order processing and managing customer orders via email, website & telephone enquiries.
  • Providing first-class customer service via telephone and e-mail.
  • Ensuring all emails and enquiries are responded to within a reasonable time frame.
  • Processing customer payments.

Please note that the offices are based up a flight of stairs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,768.00-£29,848.00 per year
