We are looking for a full-time receptionist toact as the first point of contact for visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling basic administrative tasks.They are responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and Welcoming Guests:Providing a friendly and professional welcome to visitors, and ensuring they feel comfortable.
- Phone and Email Management:Answering calls, taking messages, and managing emails efficiently.
- Administrative Support:Assisting with tasks like mail management, ordering supplies, and preparing documents.
- Maintaining the Office:Ensuring the reception area and boardrooms are tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials.
- Handling Correspondence:Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages.
- Maintaining Records:Keeping accurate records of visitors and maintaining security protocols.
- Other Duties:May include tasks like preparing for meetings, assisting with facility issues, or managing office supplies.
