- Take responsibility for the smooth running and oversee day-to-day operations of the office facilities
- Perform reception duties as the first point of contact for visitors and phone enquiries
- Maintain the office condition and liaise with building management for repairs and maintenance
- Ensure office equipment, including printers and kitchen appliances, is in good working order
- Coordinate the post by distributing incoming mail and sending outgoing mail
- Monitor adherence to Fire, Health and Safety regulations, ensuring procedures are followed and policies are updated as required
- Act as the first point of contact for office suppliers such as couriers, cleaning services, IT support, security, and landlords
- Manage office supplies according to publishing schedules and key events
- Assist in organizing events like the GSP International team kick-off, H2 kick-off, and Christmas party
- Support the GSP International leadership team with diary management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense submissions
- Support new hire onboarding processes and follow up to ensure completion of required documentation
- Arrange catering for meetings
- Coordinate with internal IT to manage all office IT requirements
