The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and personable, with experience coordinating international travel, managing a busy office and supporting senior leadership.

This is a varied and important role within the London studio, combining office management, international travel coordination, executive support, facilities, marketing, and HR administration.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and personable, with the ability to keep multiple priorities moving while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
You will also work closely with the CEO for approximately two days per week, taking responsibility for his international travel and ensuring every detail is carefully organised.

Salary: £35,000 per annum
