Job summary

Bionic is seeking an energetic Office Manager to keep the engine running day-to-day at our London office. You will own the core office operations, manage supplies, liaise with building management, coordinate internal events, and be the friendly first point of contact for visitors and new joiners.

We value proactive problem-solvers with strong organisational skills who can spot inefficiencies and implement practical improvements in a fast‑growing environment.

The role

We'relooking for an energetic, organised, and proactive Office Manager to keep the engine running day-to-day. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our business ideal for someone who wants to take ownership and builda strong foundationin officemanagement.

From managing supplies and liaising with building management to coordinating internal events,you'llplay a key role in shaping a workplace where our talented team can thrive.You'llalso be a friendly first point of contact for visitors and new joiners, and a driving force behind a smooth, collaborative, and future-ready office.

Key responsibilities
OfficeManagement(your core focus)
  • Own the day-to-day running of the office - making sure everything just works
  • Manage supplies, deliveries, post, and supplier relationships

  • Support onboarding for new starters - creating a great first day experienceand office awareness
  • Support coordination ofoffice events, team days, and socials

Front of House
  • Welcome visitors and create a professional, friendly first impression
  • Manage reception and help deliver a great in-office experience for the team
Business Support
  • Jump in on ad hoc tasks across teams - no two days will look the same
  • Spot inefficiencies and proactively improve how things are done
  • Support internal coordination and keep things moving
About you

You'llhave proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.You'llalso be able todemonstrate:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Experience managing supplier and vendor relationships, including negotiatingcontractsand ensuring service delivery.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance, including property management and workplace risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with facility operations, including liaising with building management and coordinating maintenance or repairs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a welcoming and approachable manner for interacting with employees, stakeholders, and visitors.
  • Proficiency in office software tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams etc)
