Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and service-minded Office Manager who will be supporting the day-to-day running of our Glasgow office.

The Office Manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Additionally, the Office Manager will support local teams and play a key role in creating and improving marketing materials for our properties.

The ideal candidate will be a multitasker, able to work independently with little supervision, well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse office environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Regional Director and team
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and presentable for staff and visitors
  • Manage office contracts and renewals
  • Handle inquiries via phone or email
  • Prepare marketing materials for properties, including organizing photography, pricing, and posting on platforms like Rightmove and our website
  • Maintain high standards for all marketing outputs
  • Manage current listings through Mileway's CMS tool
  • Track marketing activities with attention to detail
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in office management, marketing, or secretarial roles
  • A team player with a hands-on approach
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • A proactive attitude with initiative-taking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and CMS experience preferred
