Higher Capital Consulting seeks a Development Manager to join a multi-award winning Investor, Developer and Asset Manager focused on Grade A central London offices.

The role covers early development stages, working with a Development Director to manage design, planning, neighbourly matters and appraisal work. They welcome diverse backgrounds including development managers, architects and surveyors with strong office exposure.

• Experience across the early development stages.
• Strong understanding of offices/commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day development activities and progress early-stage tasks.
• Collaborate with Development Directors on design, planning and appraisal.
• Engage with planning/neighbourhood matters to drive project viability.
