The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, this person will be the go-to person for managing day-to-day office administrative tasks, supporting the Senior Leadership Team, coordinating various events, and supporting with generalist HR tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detailed professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, use initiative, and can manage multiple priorities. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships to contribute to the growth and success of the Company.
Working hours: Full Time Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.
Working style:On-site.
Responsibilities
Meet and greet all visitors and contractors and other employees of Genuit Group.
Handle incoming communications, including calls and emails whilst ensuring prompt and effective responses.
Provide support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team with managing diaries, meeting preparation, reports and communications.
Be the business go-to for meeting room management and office duties.
Support the HR department with ensuring compliance with new starter and leaver processes, and general administration.
Organise and be the owner of specific employee communications and organisation of Company briefings.
Be the point of contact for Genuit Group employees and support with administrative tasks where required, particularly with the organisation of meetings and events.
Manage and organise Company events including those around Christmas and Easter.
Handle all events and work linked to our proud Long Service Awards.
Organise and proactively support the business with Company-wide tasks including briefings and charity events.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements (don’t worry if you haven’t got all of these; we like to develop and upskill our employees):
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communicator
Previous experience in an administrative or reception-based role
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
High levels of confidentiality and integrity
