We are seeking an individual or a pair of cleaners to perform evening cleaning of an office space for a commercial client on a self-employed basis.

The ideal candidate must be:

• Reliable
• Hardworking
• Proud of their work
• Organized and Accountable

This position guarantees 5 hours weekly when working independently or 2.5 hours each for two cleaners working together. Cleaning must be completed on Wednesdays and Fridays, starting no earlier than 5 pm.

Full training will be provided, with initial supervision until comfortable working independently. Ongoing support from management is available.

Cleaners need to supply their own cleaning products and equipment, following provided guidelines, stored onsite in the cleaning cupboard. The cost is included in the pay rate.

Overtime opportunities are available, along with options to work with other cleaners or extend into domestic/deep cleaning at higher rates.

Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential. A driving license and vehicle access are also preferred for reliable transportation.

The starting pay rate is £12.75 per hour during a 2-month probation period, increasing to £14 afterward. Payments can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
