Job summary

Arcus FM Limited in Belfast is seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner on a permanent 10-hour-per-week contract. The role runs from 11:30am to 13:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a rate of £13.45 per hour.

You will help keep client offices clean, safe and presentable for staff, clients, and visitors. Duties include cleaning desks, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and corridors; emptying bins; reporting maintenance issues; and following PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning is preferred but training will be provided.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clean office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, and restrooms.
• Empty bins/clean fridges
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors.
• Wipe down and disinfect surfaces such as desks, countertops, and door handles.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as required.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow proper cleaning and health & safety procedures, including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and maintained in good condition.

At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our business, and we're looking to recruit a part-time Office Cleaner to join our team on a permanent 10-hour-per-week contract. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.45 and working hours of 11:30am - 13:30pm, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
