Job summary

Concept Resources in Perth is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative to join a commercial office environment. This is a temporary to permanent role with regular evening hours (Mon-Fri, 5:30pm–6:30pm) and pay of £13.45 per hour (PAYE). Start date is immediate, with weekly pay and full training provided.

You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation, work safely and independently, and may act as a key holder and operate alarm systems as required.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Comfortable working as a lone worker and as a key holder.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general office cleaning duties.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floor areas.
• Cleaning desks, workstations and touch points.
• Cleaning kitchens, breakout areas and welfare facilities.
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site.
• Reporting maintenance issues and health and safety concerns.
