The Generator Company is seeking a technical Service Contracts Manager in Rochester, Kent, to manage a portfolio of client contracts within the Service Department. You will handle day-to-day client contact and coordinate service delivery, including surveys, risk assessments, and method statements.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a similar role or hands-on generator engineering experience.
• Experience within the generator industry.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Must be a self-starter with initiative and drive to deliver results.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support clients technically, providing quotations, risk assessments and method statements and managing all related jobs.
• Attend client sites for surveys and meetings as required.
• Own the performance of the contract and supervise engineers, operatives and sub-contractors.
• Ensure subcontractors perform in line with expectations.
• Address client requests promptly and resolve issues.
• Comply with the Company’s Health & Safety policy.
