Job Title: Office Assistant - Temp!


Location: City of London
Job Type: Temporary - Full time
Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour
Hours: 8am-5pm - Fully office based

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

  • Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are presentation-ready

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and post with efficiency

  • Supporting day-to-day office operations, including filing, scanning, and data entry

  • Assisting with facilities coordination and liaising with suppliers

  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to various departments



What You'll Bring:



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A can-do attitude and the ability to multitask under pressure

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or office support role (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
