PRESTIGIOUS HIGH-END FASHION & RETAIL ENVIRONMENT - FLAGSHIP LOCATION

THE ROLE: Join a world-renowned fashion house at their iconic Central London flagship store, providing an exceptional front-of-house experience for a discerning clientele. This is an ideal opportunity to elevate your profile in the luxury retail sector and build relationships within a prestigious brand environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warmly welcome clients and ensure a seamless entry experience in line with luxury standards

Manage client flow, appointments, and waiting lists with precision and professionalism

Deliver outstanding service, upholding brand values and refined client etiquette

Support the wider boutique team in creating an elevated and memorable store environment

Act as a first point of contact, offering assistance and information where required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Minimum 3 months' experience in a luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing environment

Impeccably presented, with a warm, professional and polished communication style

Available to work 3-4 days per week across Monday to Sunday, including flexible or short notice cover

Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and confidence in engaging with VIP clients

THE PACKAGE:

From £13.50 per hour (up to £15ph on Sundays / up to £20ph on bank holidays) + holiday pay + pension contributions
