Reception / Office Assistant

The Client:
A value-driven and high-growth firm in the insurance sector are searching for a Receptionist / Office Assistant to support on an interim basis.

The Role:
Receptionist / Office Assistant duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Maintaining a professional and immaculate reception area
  • Setting up and scheduling meeting rooms
  • Managing the switchboard and transferring/taking messages as appropriate
  • Ad hoc administrative work as required

The successful candidate will:

  • Be highly professional, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have previous experience in a similar role, within corporate/financial services ideally
  • Have excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be highly personable and maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

The Details & Benefits:

  • Core hours - 9am-5pm, with some flexibility required to 8am-6pm for specific meetings
