The Role:
Support the smooth running of the Rookery (Mulberry's office in Chilcompton), managing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that day to day operations are efficient and effective.
Duties & Responsibilities:
− Based at The Rookery you will provide general administrative duties including answering calls, and meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
− Manage all incoming and outgoing post ensuring this is distributed in a timely manner.
− Have a good knowledge of the businesses strategy and contacts to deal efficiently with or refer enquiries (both external and internal) in a discreet and highly professional manner.
− Be the travel coordinator lead for the business, partnering with Finance and external providers to drive continuous process and financial improvements.
− Plan and manage business travel and accommodation arrangements for wider Somerset team when required.
− Support office events, communications, and internal engagement activities, such as any Rookery Tours, Shoots etc, liaising with the relevant project owners.
− Participate in projects including preparation and compilation of presentations if required.
− Arrange meetings as requested including meeting room bookings and room set up, organising any refreshments, lunches as required, liaising with the Property Manager and Canteen.
− Provide holiday cover for the EA to Executive Committee.
− Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability.
− Support with any relevant ad hoc requests.

Skills and Experience Required:
− Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) with people at all levels maintaining the strictest confidentiality and security of conversations, documentation and files at all times.
− Highly developed organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
− Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
− Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
− Ability to offer discretion and confidentiality at all times is essential.
− Self-motivated, proactive and highly flexible.
