Job Description

Portico have begun the search for an Office and Operations Manager to oversee our small team based at a Law Firm in the City.

The successful candidate will oversee the day to day running of our client’s office, managing a team of 2 Receptionists and 1 Team Leader, as well as hospitality services, meeting rooms VMS, projects and internal events.

The successful Office and Operations Manager will also to help the client onsite with additional duties as and when required, such as helping the client with duties for their regional offices.

This role is highly visible, and it is extremely important for the new Office and Operations Manager to maintain strong relationships and standards with both the client and the team.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £50,000

Qualifications

It is essential that the successful candidate has previous experience of managing a reception operation within a corporate environment. They will also need extensive experience and knowledge of corporate hospitality operations and client management.

They will be outgoing and friendly with a passion for customer services. They will also maintain a professional appearance and possess the ability to communicate clearly face to face and over the telephone.
