Job Description

This is a flexible, multi-hat role — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being the invisible glue that holds things together.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping the office cozy, stocked, and running like a dream

• Paying bills, managing subscriptions, and handling small-but-important admin tasks

• Supporting HR processes — from helping onboard new team members to assisting with hiring logistics

• Being the go-to person for team questions and small requests

• Helping organize team events, gifts, and celebrations

• Keeping documents and records in order

• Making sure everyone feels supported and nothing falls through the cracks
