What We Need From You
- 12 months previous administrative or customer service experience
- Have an excellent standard of English grammar, attention to detail, and your ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload efficiently/organised
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- You will be polite, friendly and have a positive attitude
What The Role Involves
- Answer phone calls and respond to client emails professionally and promptly
- Support the team with scheduling and diary management
- Assist in preparing and sending out reports and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and office filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to surveyors and the wider office team
Salary: up to £26,000 per year, depending on experience. Working Monday Friday: 9am-5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
