What We Need From You

  • 12 months previous administrative or customer service experience
  • Have an excellent standard of English grammar, attention to detail, and your ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload efficiently/organised
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • You will be polite, friendly and have a positive attitude

What The Role Involves

  • Answer phone calls and respond to client emails professionally and promptly
  • Support the team with scheduling and diary management
  • Assist in preparing and sending out reports and documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records and office filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support to surveyors and the wider office team

Salary: up to £26,000 per year, depending on experience. Working Monday Friday: 9am-5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
