Working within the Workplace and Facilities Management (WFM) team, the Office Administrator will contribute to the smooth running of our offices, meeting rooms and events.
This role is a predominantly office based role based in our Manchester office due to the nature of the work. There will be 1 day per week working from home and the rest based in the office.

Main duties of the jobThe Manchester Workplace and Facilities Management team of 8 people is responsible for the running of our offices and meeting rooms; ensuring they are a comfortable, well equipped and safe working environment for our colleagues and visitors.
The team is also responsible for the reception service and facilitating meetings attended by staff and members of the public.
