About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our fast-growing challenger brand in the food and beverage industry. This isn’t your standard admin role — we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and can juggle multiple tasks with confidence and flair. If you’re quick-thinking, resourceful, and love a glass of rosé, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Experience: At least 1–2 years of office or admin experience – not suitable for recent graduates.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Shopify, social media, Canva, and other platforms.
Flexible & Adaptable: You’re happy to pitch in wherever needed — no task is too big or small.
Problem Solver: Quick on your feet and able to handle challenges as they arise.
Client-Focused: Comfortable communicating with trade clients and customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
Strong Communicator: Confident when dealing with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Organised & Efficient: Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Energetic & Positive: A can-do attitude and a passion for the food and beverage industry (bonus points if you love rosé!).
