Job Description: Office Administrator

Our client, a leading organisation in the engineering industry, is seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administrator to join their team.   • Managing communication channels, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and implementing office policies.
  • Accurately inputting data into various systems and databases.
  • Providing administrative support to Project Managers, Directors, and colleagues across the organisation.
  • Utilising strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
