Job summary

Firecracker Works is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to support smooth company operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will juggle multiple tasks, from ordering materials and updating internal systems to assisting with onboarding and coordinating events and couriers. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a production, events, or administrative support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Confident communicator with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic understanding of production processes, scenic construction, or events logistics.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
  • A friendly, flexible, and professional approach to teamwork and client interaction.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office admin to support the smooth running of our company operations.

The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our projects and people on track by ordering materials, updating internal systems, and maintaining essential admin processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and distributing weekly order lists
