OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED

We are looking for an experienced office administrator for an immediate start in High Wycombe.

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading company in the HVAC sector.

The role involves establishing a new position within an established business. It is initially a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The initial pay rate is £12-£13.50 per hour, increasing to £26,000-£28,000 annually if permanent.

Benefits include 25 days holiday plus your birthday off, private medical insurance, and life assurance.

You will work with a friendly and supportive operations team.

Required skills include previous experience with CRM systems (preferably SAP or ProspectSoft), advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and MS Office 365.

You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The role involves setting up processes and procedures, maintaining relationships with external field-based staff, and interacting with end customers to coordinate visits.

You need to be organized, able to plan and prioritize tasks, and adaptable to changing priorities while meeting targets and deadlines.

Main responsibilities:
  • Extracting and manipulating product and customer data from CRM systems.
  • Handling calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and providing product and service information.
  • Order processing and sales administration.
  • Producing quotations for ventilation services.
  • Validating data and generating accurate reports in Excel.
  • Keeping CRM records updated with customer interactions.
  • Supporting internal and external customers.
  • Modernizing and streamlining processes for seamless reporting.
