Are you a proactive, organised, and people-focused professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking an Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our London office and play a key role in maintaining a smooth, welcoming, and efficient workplace.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Office Manager across a wide range of operational and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with accounting processes, vendor coordination, and invoice management
  • Helping to organise office events, social functions, and staff celebrations
  • Providing occasional reception cover, including greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms
  • Coordinating attorney onboarding, development initiatives, and wellness activities
  • Liaising with facilities and building management to ensure a well-maintained office
  • Supporting HR processes including benefits coordination and new hire paperwork
  • Assisting with DEI and firm-wide communications

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years' admin experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
