We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. If you enjoy creating a welcoming office environment, supporting colleagues, and playing a vital role in smooth daily operations, we’d love to hear from you.

What we are looking for…

We’re seeking a friendly and organised Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. You’ll act as the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors, supporting day-to-day operations to ensure the business runs efficiently and professionally.

Location…

This role is based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Key responsibilities of the role…

Office Administration & Communication:

  1. Provide general support to the administration team and assist with daily tasks.
  2. Answer phone calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate teams.
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
  4. Help with issuing visitor and colleague access cards.
  5. Monitor the admin team inbox and support with internal enquiries.

Meetings & Scheduling:

  1. Maintain the company calendar and coordinate meeting arrangements.
  2. Book meeting rooms and organise refreshments in collaboration with the Hospitality Executive.
  3. Set up virtual meetings using platforms like WebEx, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Travel Support:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for travel bookings and arrangements.
  2. Work with travel agencies to coordinate flights, accommodation, and vehicle hire.
  3. Support visa applications where required.

Office Environment:

  1. Ensure that the office environment is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
  2. Monitor and restock office supplies, including kitchen and print room essentials.

About You…

  1. 5 GCSEs / O Levels or equivalent experience.
  2. Prior experience in an administrative or front-of-house role.
  3. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  4. Friendly and professional interpersonal manner.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
