Artemis are currently working with a long-standing and reputable construction firm, known for delivering high-quality building projects across various sectors. They are currently seeking a skilled and proactiveAdministrator to join their warm and welcoming team. Therole

You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of a busy construction company and its projects from start to finish, working closely with project managers, site teams and office staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to project teams
  • Managing project documentation and filing systems
  • Assisting with procurement processes and tracking deliveries
  • Maintaining records of site attendance, materials and costs
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders – establishing strong relations
  • Supporting compliance with health and safety documentation
  • Preparing reports and updating project schedules as required

Experience required:

Our client is seeking an organised, detail-oriented individual with a strong administrative background and an interest in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within construction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with the construction or related fast paced sector would be desirable
