Job description

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Administrator for a major company that specialises in Gas.

Position Details

Full-time position - Monday - Friday - 2 days in Ormeau Road office, and 3 days at Home

Initially this role is a 12-month contract

Salary: Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits package

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing the administration of internal and external meetings with a high level of stakeholder management.
  2. Collating and issuing meeting documentation, minute taking, follow-up minutes, and action management.
  3. Aiding the Market Development team in code modification administration, including managing dates, booking venues, and managing publications and updates for circulation.
  4. Administering the website to ensure timely and accurate information updates, and managing social media engagement.
  5. Managing the administration of the NI Improvement Register, including arranging meetings and ensuring action progression.
  6. Administering internal procedures, including version control and managing the competency matrix for critical tasks of NI.
  7. Managing the audit schedule for internal procedures.
  8. Providing administrative support to monthly market operations processes, including billing, user management for IT systems, and contact management.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Minute-taking experience or similar.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative environment.
  • Proactive, positive approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
