POP MART UK LIMITED in London is seeking an Office Administration Intern to support the London office and collaborate with the European teams. You will assist with day-to-day administration, procurement, vendor management and internal events, gaining exposure to a fast-paced international business.

The role reports to the Regional Admin Manager, Europe, and offers practical experience across office operations, compliance and workplace projects within POP MART's European organisation.

You will support colleagues, visitors, suppliers and external partners, helping to ensure that the office environment consistently supports productivity, collaboration and a positive employee experience.This internship is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to develop practical experience in office administration, business operations and workplace coordination.The Role and CandidateThis is a hands-on internship within POP MART's growing European organisation.Reporting to the Regional Admin Manager based in London, you will support the day-to-day administration of the London office and gain exposure to a broad range of workplace and operational activities.You will assist with office supplies and inventory, supplier coordination, invoices and purchase orders, access systems, visitor management, meeting rooms, office projects and internal events.The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn, with the ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously.
