A leading company is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to manage daily office upkeep, support the TechOps team, and assist with administrative tasks. The role entails working as the office operations coordinator on site in TransPerfect Manchester location. Running the day to day upkeep of the office space, supporting the team on other tasks whenever necessary and liaising with remote teams to ensure tasks on location are completed are components of the role. It is a flexible position and by reporting to the manager on a daily basis is key to prioritizing tasks and taking on new projects or responsibilities.
Assisting with administrative duties for the TechOps global software development team will be balanced with on-location tasks. This portion includes coordinating new hire onboarding and equipment tracking, help with event planning/meeting planning and content creation, proofreading and data input.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to TechOps team on software development projects
Office management – arranging activities and maintaining relationship with office supplies vendors

Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
