Role Overview:

The Buying Admin Assistant reports to a Buyer/Senior Buyer, supporting the delivery of the best ranges for our customers by managing department administration and ensuring all systems are current. The goal is to deliver profitable, customer-centric ranges and provide daily administrative support to the category.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the buying team with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate information in relevant systems and databases
  • Managing the critical path
  • Assisting with market analysis, customer activity, and trend monitoring
  • Supporting weekly trade meetings with reports
  • Managing samples: chasing, booking in, and sign-offs
  • Providing full administrative support to the fashion buying team
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills
  • Interest in fashion and customer focus
  • Driven and motivated

Working Arrangements:

Hybrid working options are available, depending on the role. Our Head Office is located in Manchester City Centre, accessible by public transport, with nearby cafes and restaurants. Full-time hours are 36.17 per week over five days, with flexible start and finish times to meet business needs.
