Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Offensive Security services, coordinating penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements across internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient planning and governance.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk governance, and the ability to drive continual service improvement while maintaining detailed service records.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cyber security, consultancy, professional services, or technical offerings.
• Strong service delivery, planning, scheduling, and workload management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels.
• Strong customer relationship management and supplier coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of internal and externally delivered Offensive Security services.
• Coordinate penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements from request through to completion.
• Manage engagement planning, scheduling, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery priorities.
• Act as the primary operational contact for project teams, service managers, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the Offensive Security demand pipeline, supporting capacity planning and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers to ensure successful service delivery.
• Oversee engagement governance, including risk management, issue resolution, reporting, and service metrics.
• Support audit, compliance, and assurance activities while maintaining operational documentation and service records.
• Drive continual service improvement, process optimisation, and automation initiatives across the Offensive Security function.
