Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy office or operational environment.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of Offender Management Unit operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to offenders to achieve their sentence plan objectives.
• Complete OASys assessments and case notes within required timelines.
• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary reviews and public protection processes.

Skills

Strong administrative skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to manage caseloads

Ability to motivate and engage individuals

Education

GCSEs in English and Mathematics
