Job summary

This is a non-operational, hybrid role that emphasizes building professional relationships with prisoners, coordinating with partner agencies, and supporting rehabilitation to reduce re-offending.

Qualifications

• Experience in offender management and risk assessment.
• Ability to work with multiple agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Undertake full range of offender management tasks with low to medium risk cases.
• Prepare, implement, review and evaluate sentence plans.
• Maintain records and documentation in PNOMIS or relevant IT systems.
• Collaborate with probation officers, MAPPA partners and other agencies as required.
