Job summary

Lacoste is seeking an Off-Site Stockroom Supervisor in Bicester Village. You will oversee the off-site stockroom operations, manage deliveries, and ensure stock is received, processed and stored accurately to support the store team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead inventory controls, coordinate transfers, and maintain a safe, efficient working environment while reporting on stock levels and performance to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the off-site stockroom and ensure stock is received, processed and organized.
• Manage incoming deliveries, ensure stock is checked, processed and stored accurately.
• Maintain inventory controls and support stock accuracy through regular checks.
• Coordinate stock replenishment requests and transfers between off-site facility and store.
• Prioritize workload to meet operational deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, well-organised working environment in line with company policies.
• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.
• Build effective relationships with store management, delivery providers and external partners.
• Provide updates and reporting on stock levels, performance and issues requiring escalation.

Asour Off-Site Stockroom Supervisor in Bicester Village, you will play a pivotalrole in ensuring the smooth operation of our external stockroom facility,supporting stock availability and helping the store team deliver an exceptionalcustomer experience.

Your mission as an Off-SiteStockroom Supervisor:

• Maintain strong inventory controls and support stock accuracy through regular checks and stocktakes
• Coordinate stock replenishment requests and transfers between the off-site facility and the store
• Prioritise workload effectively to ensure operational deadlines are consistently achieved
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working environment in line with company policies
• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operational processes
• Build effective relationships with store management, delivery providers and external partners
• Provide updates and reporting on stock levels, operational performance and any issues requiring escalation
• Lead by example, demonstrating ownership, accountability and a commitment to operational excellence
