Job summary

The Lacoste Group is seeking a shop-based team member to support stockflow and customer service at our UK store.

You will manage goods flow from warehouse to shopfloor, ensure accurate deliveries, and reinforce the brand image through excellent service and teamwork. A great opportunity to grow within a global fashion brand in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply of goods from warehouse to stockroom, from stockroom to the shopfloor.
• Guarantee the good reception of the goods and ensure the control of the deliveries.
• Replenish the shop accurately and efficiently & understand front of house team needs delivering top class customer service.
• Support and respect your fellow crocodiles
• Participate in inventories
• Contribute to the brand image, and development of sales and customer loyalty
• Be an ambassador of the brand
• Provide support to the team on the sales area
