Job summary

Lacoste is seeking a Sales Associate in the United Kingdom to join our premium retail team. You will contribute to delivering outstanding customer service, manage stock flow from warehouse to shopfloor, and support daily sales operations to enhance the Lacoste brand experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and a strong alignment with Lacoste’s values such as Play by Daring and Play with Elegance. Prior sales experience is advantageous, and multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply of goods from warehouse to stockroom, from stockroom to the shopfloor.
• Guarantee the good reception of the goods and ensure the control of the deliveries.
• Replenish the shop accurately and efficiently & understand front of house team needs delivering top class customer service.
• Support and respect your fellow crocodiles.
• Participate in inventories.
• Contribute to the brand image, and development of sales and customer loyalty.
• Be an ambassador of the brand.
• Provide support to the team on the sales area.
