Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Technical Support & OEM Coordination specialist to ensure effective technical support and seamless coordination between Arjo, OEM partners, customers, and service teams across the UK. You will maximise equipment uptime, resolve technical issues promptly, and support service performance targets.

You will liaise with customers, insurers, and third-party organisations, provide technical advice to field engineers, and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and internal departments

Qualifications

Provide high-quality technical support for OEM products and services.
Coordinate OEM support requests and technical activities.
Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers and internal teams.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and professional communication.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for OEM products across the UK Service business.
Act as main point of contact between Arjo and OEM partners.
Coordinate and manage OEM support requests, repairs, and technical activities.
Support UK Service operation in maintaining service performance and revenue objectives.
Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
